For staff and professionals seeking practical ways to support wellbeing at work. The programme helps you explore how workloads, change, demanding interactions and daily routines affect your responses to pressure.

  • Recognising stress and regaining perspective under pressure.
  • Working constructively with emotions and recurring worries.
  • Making space for rest and recovery alongside work demands.
  • Setting meaningful goals and strengthening working relationships.
  • Contributing to a supportive environment where people can ask questions and seek help.

No previous experience of resilience training is needed.

Learn, practise and apply

Work through the programme in sequence, then return to the practices most relevant to your needs. The emphasis is on applying what you learn, rather than simply watching the material.
