For leaders working through demanding situations

For managers, senior leaders and professionals responsible for decisions, people and delivery. The programme supports practical skills for responding more deliberately when workloads, uncertainty or difficult relationships increase pressure.

  • Maintaining perspective and judgement under pressure.
  • Regulating emotional responses during demanding conversations.
  • Balancing sustained performance with recovery.
  • Working towards goals and strengthening collaboration.
  • Creating conditions where people can speak up and learn.

No previous experience of resilience training is needed.

Learn, practise and apply

Work through the programme in sequence, then return to the practices most relevant to your needs. The emphasis is on applying what you learn, rather than simply watching the material.

Understand

Clear explanations connect stress, resilience and self-leadership with situations you encounter at work.

Practise

Guided exercises and audio breath pacers provide structured opportunities to develop and revisit practical skills.

Apply

Reflection and journaling tasks help you relate the learning to your own challenges and choose manageable next steps.

You choose your pace within the 12-month access period. Regular practice gives you opportunities to build familiarity with the techniques.
