These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, courses, and digital services provided by Adaptive Resilience Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), including delivery via Kajabi, for the Executive State Training™ (EST) programme (the “Services”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

3) Access to the Services
Subject to payment (where applicable), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access the Services for your own use.

Service scope and data limitations
The Services are designed for professional training and development purposes only.
They are not intended for the storage, processing, or transmission of sensitive government data, classified information, or patient-identifiable data.
4) Lifetime access (where applicable)
Where you purchase “lifetime access,” this means lifetime access to the specific course version available at the time of purchase, for as long as we continue to host that course on Kajabi.

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed via Kajabi’s integrated payment providers (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your card details.
If payment fails, access may be suspended until resolved.

7) Intellectual Property (IP)
All content within EST, LPP, and RST — including audio, text, scripts, branding, methodology, and materials — is owned by Adaptive Resilience Ltd.

9) Health and professional disclaimer
The Services are educational and training-based, not medical or psychological treatment.
They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
If you have significant mental health concerns, a neurological condition, or are in acute distress, seek appropriate professional support before engaging in any training.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.Â

We do not guarantee specific personal, professional, psychological, or performance outcomes. Results depend on your individual circumstances, practice, and engagement.
11) Third-party platforms (Kajabi, Vimeo, Payments)
The Services are delivered via Kajabi and may involve video hosting (e.g., Vimeo) and third-party payment providers.
Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for failures, outages, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
12) Data and privacy
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13) Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly.
Material changes will be communicated via the website or email where appropriate.
