Enquire About a Workshop

Why begin with a workshop?

When pressure rises, the state you bring changes what happens next.

Under pressure, people may still know what they should do — but the old reaction can take over before the better response is available.

Attention narrows.
Emotional tone shifts.
The body speeds up or shuts down.
Communication becomes less steady.
The next useful action becomes harder to access.

Statecraft Training begins by training the state first.

The workshop gives participants a guided, safe introduction to the method, the core cue, the Main Statecraft Practice, and the first steps for continuing the pathway afterwards.

The aim is not to escape pressure, but to train the state you want available when pressure rises.

What Statecraft Training is

Self-hypnosis-informed aware state training

Statecraft Training is self-hypnosis-informed aware state training for deep recovery, embodied response rehearsal, real-life transfer, and behaviour change under pressure.

That means it uses focused attention, simple cues, imagery, suggestion, and rehearsal while awareness, choice, and return remain available.

The method is simple but distinctive:

Train the state first.
Rehearse one useful response inside that state.
Return with one grounded next step.

Deep recovery is not the endpoint. It becomes the training ground.

Within the trained Statecraft state, participants can practise one useful response using Best Future Self direction, a short behaviour-linked phrase, embodied mental rehearsal, and clear return.

Recover deeply.
Rehearse wisely.
Return ready.

What happens in the workshop

A guided introduction to the Statecraft method

The workshop introduces the method in clear, practical steps.

Participants are guided through:

  • why old reactions return under pressure
  • the Statecraft model in clear, practical terms
  • the access cue: Hand to centre. Longer out-breath. Light. Warmth. Life.
  • the meaning of Light, Warmth, and Life
  • safe use, pacing, and clear return
  • the Main Statecraft Practice
  • a simple 28-day start plan
  • how to continue through the online pathway

No personal disclosure is required.

Participation is by choice. Cameras may be on or off. Reflection can be simple, private, or shared lightly through chat where appropriate.

The workshop is practical, professional, and carefully bounded.

The core cue

Hand to centre.
Longer out-breath.
Light. Warmth. Life.

Statecraft uses a simple cue to help participants enter the trained state, retrieve it in shorter forms, and return clearly.

Light Warmth Life
Clarity in the mind: attention, perception, judgement, timing, direction, sequence, and choice. Steadiness and human contact: patience, connection, reduced reactivity, relational presence, and tone. Grounded energy in the body: posture, breath, voice, courage, movement, motivation, and readiness to act.

The cue is deliberately simple: a way to begin the pathway, return to centre, and practise one useful response without overcomplicating the method.

Workshop options

Choose the format that fits your context

Statecraft workshops are available for individuals, professionals, leadership groups, teams, cohorts, and organisations.

2-hour introductory workshop

A focused introduction to the Statecraft method.

Suitable for:

  • individuals
  • professional groups
  • small cohorts
  • leadership groups
  • teams wanting a clear first experience of the method

The 2-hour workshop introduces the Statecraft frame, the core cue, safe use, the Main Statecraft Practice, return, and next steps for ongoing practice.

Best when the aim is a clear, accessible first experience.

4-hour extended workshop

A deeper introductory format with more space for orientation, practice, discussion, application, and planning.

Suitable for:

  • leadership groups
  • teams
  • organisational cohorts
  • professional development settings
  • groups who need more time for context, examples, and application

The 4-hour format allows more time to connect Statecraft with real working conditions, difficult conversations, leadership pressure, recovery after demand, and the first steps of response rehearsal.

Best when the group needs more room for integration and practical application.

What participants receive afterwards

12 months’ access to the full online pathway

Each introductory workshop package includes 12 months’ access to the full online Statecraft Training pathway.

The online pathway includes:

  • an orientation section
  • seven structured lessons
  • four guided recordings of around 15–30 minutes
  • supporting guides and practice materials
  • a 28-day practice plan
  • continuation guidance beyond the first 28 days

The 28-day plan provides a structured beginning.

Continued practice over the following weeks and months helps participants become more familiar with the core cues, the guided recordings, and self-guided forms.

The aim is that, after around three months of regular practice, participants are increasingly able to use the learned Statecraft cues and techniques without always needing the full recordings.

This is an aim of practice, not a guarantee.

What the pathway covers

The online pathway helps participants continue beyond the workshop.

It includes:

Orientation

Understand the promise, pathway, safety frame, and 28-day progression.

Introduction

Learn what Statecraft Training is, how the method works, and how to begin safely.

Main Statecraft Practice

Learn the core guided practice: Settle. Rest. Return.

Morning Deepener

Retrieve and deepen the Statecraft state through a shorter morning practice.

Quiet Room Practice

Learn Rest or Operations without the recording, once the pathway is familiar.

Quiet Room Applications

Use the trained Statecraft state for one useful response: reset, steady, perceive, choose direction, act, or stay warm and firm.

Self-Recognition & Pattern Reordering

Recognise a familiar pattern, preserve the valid energy, choose a clearer form, and return with one action.

The Way Back In

Continue after a pause without shame, pressure, or all-or-nothing thinking.

Who it is for

Who Statecraft workshops are for

Statecraft workshops are designed for people whose work, relationships, or responsibilities require clearer judgement, steadier presence, and grounded action under pressure.

They are especially relevant for:

  • individuals under pressure
  • professionals in demanding roles
  • leaders and decision-makers
  • founders and project leads
  • teams, cohorts, and organisations
  • people working in complex, demanding, or consequence-heavy environments

Statecraft is especially useful where pressure affects judgement, tone, communication, boundaries, decisions, recovery, or follow-through.

Examples of use

Where participants may apply the practice

A participant may use Statecraft before a difficult conversation to rehearse pausing, listening more fully, and speaking one clear sentence instead of defending too quickly.

A leader may use the centre cue before a decision meeting to return to clearer judgement, steadier tone, and one grounded next step.

A professional may use a short practice after pressure to recover steadiness before moving into the next responsibility.

A team may use the shared language of Light, Warmth, and Life to support clearer communication, steadier emotional tone, and more grounded action under demand.

These are practice examples, not guaranteed outcomes.

Statecraft supports repeated, practice-based behaviour change over time.

Evidence-informed training

Evidence-informed and carefully bounded

Statecraft Training is evidence-informed, not yet Statecraft-outcome-validated.

It draws on established principles from hypnosis-informed practice, self-hypnosis, slow breathing, mental imagery, embodied rehearsal, cueing, implementation intentions, state-dependent learning, embodied cognition, and behaviour-change science.

The evidence supports the design logic and mechanisms.

It does not mean that the complete Statecraft Training pathway has yet been independently tested as a named programme.

Statecraft Training is training, not treatment.

Its purpose is to help participants practise one useful response clearly enough that it may become easier to recognise and enact in ordinary life.

Important note

Important note

Statecraft Training is self-hypnosis-informed training.

It is not medical treatment, psychological therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, trauma therapy, diagnosis, memory recovery, emergency care, or a substitute for professional support where needed.

The practice preserves awareness, choice, pacing, and clear return.

Use the full guided practices only when safe to rest, focus, and return fully.

Applied rehearsal and advanced pattern work should be used only when the pathway is familiar, the target is simple and constructive, and return is clear.

Do not use the recordings while driving, operating machinery, supervising risk, caring for someone in a safety-critical way, intoxicated, or in any situation requiring immediate external alertness.
